ClimateChangeEducation.org is an organization of volunteers dedicated to education on climate change and global warming solutions -- since 1999.
We are science museum docents, teachers, students, scientists, university staff, parents and artists.
Most of us are in California (U.S.), but we have volunteers all over the world.

Our California Volunteers :
Science Center Volunteers and Museum Docents:
We were founded by volunteers and docents at science centers and museums in California. Chabot Space and Science Center, Lawrence Hall of Science, California Academy of Sciences, The Tech Museum of Innovation and The Exploratorium.
More on our history and work with museum programs.
Teachers: Primarily our teachers are at the K-12 level in the San Francisco Bay Area.We are also joined by instructors at the University of California. Berkeley.
Some of our volunteers also work as professional evaluators and advisors in the development of award winning educational materials on climate change.
Students:
Many of our student volunteers alsohave worked as interns and volunteers at California science museums. We've had kids start with us as middle school students, stay with us as high school, university undergraduate, and graduate students, then finally become scientists and educators.
The favorite career destination for our students to date has been NASA.
Danielle Groenen, an Associate Editor, joined us while also serving as the principal outreach representative in climate change education for the
University of California, Davis-- as a graduate student in Atmospheric Sciences.
Scientists: Our scientists work at the institutions featured at the annual
California Climate Change Conference. Our primary base is the University of California -- Berkeley and Davis campuses.
Artists: Most of our artists started with us as students. They continue to volunteer with us as professional artists and art instructors.
