WHAT PARTICIPANTS GET TO DO

Be a space science engineer: design space probes to go to the nearby planets.  You'll make many surprise discoveries, including finding the greenhouse effect on our sister planet. Returning to Earth, we find it happening here too -- both natural and human induced.  Your scientific discoveries can help save the planet as we know it-- if we learn from what you found.

Temperatures of the planets, how atmospheres effect them.  Analyze atmospheric samples. Models showing how greenhouse gases work.  A fun introduction to the discoveries of climate change science. The atmosphere really effects a planet's temperature.

Currently available at:
California Academy of Sciences (San Francisco)
Lawrence Hall of Science (UC Berkeley)
Chabot Space and Science Center (Oakland)
In November: The Tech Museum of Innovation (SJ)
Large public events; universities, and conferences .
Designed for use also in K-12 schools.
